What are the reservation options?
Our RV spot rentals are available for daily, weekly, monthly, or even yearly stays. Many of our guests are long-term renters. Call (208) 305-6279 for spot availability.
What utilities are included?
The park provides water, sewage, and garbage services, while electricity is billed monthly based on meter readings. Renters must arrange for their own propane, internet, and telephone services. Tenants are responsible for preventing their water and sewer lines from freezing. During winter, water hoses must be wrapped with heat tape and insulation.
Do you have quiet hours?
Yes, quiet hours go from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
